UPW ultra-pure water process and equipment in Xiner Environment have won a patent for a PCT international invention. UPW ultra-pure water broke the monopoly of ultra-pure water technology in wet electronic chemicals and the semiconductor industry abroad. It made an exemplary contribution to the "neck-stuck" project of high-purity wet electronic chemicals in the semiconductor industry in China. The innovative technology of wastewater in the Xiner Environment has resulted in efficient wastewater recycling from lithium battery and photovoltaic industries.
