Lithium element is an essential resource in the lithium battery industry. The lithium element is low in content and difficult to extract. Therefore, the lithium element needs to be recycled and reused in the lithium battery industry. The process of recycling lithium is divided into recycling high-concentration lithium-containing concentration. liquid and high-purity lithium carbonate solution.

At present, the treatment technologies for lithium battery production wastewater mainly use physical and chemical methods, chemical oxidation and decomposition, electrochemical methods, activated carbon adsorption, reverse osmosis, and evaporation methods. However, these methods are relatively expensive and require high operators, making achieving stable wastewater discharge up to standards or zero discharge difficult.

Three main methods to recycle wastewater:

1. Recycle useful materials from wastewater, Such as high-value metals Li, Ni, Au, Ag, Cu, and other materials; there are several main ways to recycle: ①. Recycle in the form of high-concentration waste liquid; ②Recycle in the form of certain ionic crystals; ③Recycle in the form of sludge.
2 . Recycle wastewater into reclaimed water, recycle water resources, and save water.
3. Recycle useful resources from wastewater, such as biogas energy, system high-pressure energy recovery, and recycling of some chemicals. Wastewater treatment can transform its role from consumption to output, which is of great significance.

Our Solutions:

1. In first-level recycling, after pretreatment, iron phosphate, lithium iron phosphate, and ternary lithium solid materials can be recovered without introducing new impurities to ensure their purity.
2. Carry out secondary and tertiary wastewater treatment and recover high-concentration lithium waste liquid by UF+RO+resin/electrodialysis, respectively.
3. Conduct secondary treatment and purification of high-concentration lithium waste liquid and then recycle it.
