The main components of an all-in-one dosing system include metering pumps, process instrumentation, mixers, and liquid tanks. There are various types of metering pumps, such as electromagnetic and mechanical, with flow rates ranging from 0.5 liters/hour to 8,000 liters/hour and pressures ranging from 0.1 MPa to 25 MPa. Process instrumentation monitors and controls the dosing process, including pH meters, conductivity meters, dissolved oxygen meters, etc. The mixer's power ranges from 0.5 kW to 5 kW to ensure full dissolution of the chemicals. The volume of the dosing tank ranges from 0.05 tons to 10 tons to meet different needs.
The operation of the integrated dosing system is flexible and can be operated manually or automatically controlled by a PC. The dosing volume and pressure can be adjusted according to the needs of industrial processes, and the metering accuracy is as high as ±1%. The system adopts an electromechanical integration structure, which is easy to install and has the advantages of compact structure, low noise, smooth working, and simple operation. In addition, the integrated dosing system can also realize remote control and manual and automatic conversion to meet the needs of different scenarios.
